About FFITM 2026 | Event Positioning

Date: March 25th, 2026.

The Feed & Fodder Investment and Trade Mission to Nigeria + Deal Room 2026 (FFITM 2026) is a mission-led investment programme, with the primary focus on an on-ground investment mission across Nigeria’s feed and fodder value chain.

The programme is designed to enable foreign feed and fodder investors, processors, input suppliers, and strategic partners to visit live, investment-ready opportunities across key production and processing locations in Nigeria. Through structured site visits and direct engagement with project owners and value-chain operators, participants will assess commercial viability, operational readiness, and partnership potential in real time.

The investment mission culminates in a closed, curated Deal Room, where mission participants engage in structured negotiations, partnership discussions, and investment transactions with pre-screened enterprises, financiers, and relevant government stakeholders.

FFITM 2026 deliberately moves away from a conference-led format. There are no extended panel discussions or general sessions. Instead, the programme prioritises site-level engagement, enterprise pitching, and deal execution, ensuring that investor time is focused exclusively on bankable opportunities.

Programme Structure:

  • Investment Mission: On-ground visits to feed and fodder production, processing, and logistics projects across Nigeria

  • Policy Briefings: Targeted sessions providing clarity on government priorities and regulatory frameworks

  • Enterprise Investment Pitches: Structured presentations from pre-screened, investment-ready projects

  • Deal Room: A closed platform for focused investor–enterprise negotiations and transaction structuring

This mission-first approach ensures efficient deal flow, accelerated partnerships, and practical investment outcomes, supporting the scaling of Nigeria’s livestock feed and fodder ecosystem.

Mission Overview

The Feed & Fodder Investment and Trade Mission includes a five-day on-the-ground site visit to Kano State, Nigeria’s leading livestock and agro-industrial hub.

Participants will gain first-hand exposure to feed mills, fodder production sites, aggregation hubs, and supporting infrastructure, while engaging directly with project sponsors, operators, and relevant public-sector stakeholders.

The mission is designed to provide investors and partners with practical market insight, asset-level visibility, and deal preparation opportunities, ahead of the structured Investment Deal Room.
