Once you have gotten your Confirmation letter and will be needing a Visa Invitation letter for your visa application process, please send an email to: trade@welcome2africaint.com

Please, include the following details in the email body:

A personalized and signed Visa Invitation Letter will be sent to you, to accompany the rest of your application.

TRAVEL TIPS
Airport: Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (ABV)
Transport: Uber and Bolt are safe and widely used in Abuja. Pre-arranged airport pickups can be organized upon request.
Currency: Nigerian Naira (₦). Major hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets accept credit cards. However, it’s advisable to carry some cash for local markets, smaller shops, and short-distance transport.
Climate: Late November in Abuja is typically warm and dry, with temperatures ranging between 25°C and 34°C. Light, breathable clothing is recommended, but consider bringing a light jacket for cooler evenings.
Connectivity: Most hotels and the event venue provide reliable Wi-Fi. Local SIM cards (MTN, Airtel, or Glo) can be purchased at the airport or nearby outlets upon arrival.
