Welcome to the 5th Edition Of The Nigeria Ports And Trade Investment Forum (NPTIF2025)

The Nigerian Ports and Trade Investment Forum (NPTIF) is a high-level, two-day strategic forum dedicated to addressing critical inefficiencies and unlocking multi-billion-dollar investment opportunities in Nigeria’s maritime and trade sectors. Organized by Welcome2Africa International, this event convenes top-tier investors, policymakers, industry leaders, and global trade experts to explore innovative strategies for enhancing Nigeria’s port efficiency, infrastructure development, and trade competitiveness. With over 70% of

Nigeria’s trade volume passing through its ports, the maritime sector is a key driver of economic growth, contributing over N3.4 trillion ($7.3 billion) to the GDP annually.

Despite this, port congestion, outdated infrastructure, and fragmented logistics networks lead to an estimated N7 billion in annual economic losses due to inefficiencies. The NPTIF 2025 will directly address these challenges, leveraging investments and policy reforms to drive measurable improvements in trade facilitation.
